  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons red food coloring
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 4 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour three 8-inch round cake pans.
