Ingredients

  • 200g graham cracker crumbs
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 50g granulated sugar
  • 300ml heavy cream
  • 200g marshmallow fluff
  • 200g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 100ml heavy cream (for ganache)
  • Graham cracker crumbs for garnish
  • Additional melted chocolate for drizzle

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a rectangular cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter to form the crust.
  3. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and let the crust cool completely.
  5. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold in marshmallow fluff.
  6. Spread half the marshmallow mixture over the cooled crust.
  7. Add a layer of chocolate ganache (made from melted chocolate and cream) on top of the marshmallow layer.
  8. Repeat the marshmallow and chocolate ganache layers until you use all the ingredients, finishing with marshmallow on top.
  9. Toast the top marshmallow layer lightly with a kitchen torch until golden brown.
  10. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top of the cake and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers. Serve chilled.
