Ingredients

  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 50g granulated sugar
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 500ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 50g whole macadamia nuts (for topping)

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and butter to make the tart crust until crumbly.
