  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 150 g all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 50 g sugar
  • 30 ml espresso
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 50 g coconut oil
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
