Ingredients

  • 200g puff pastry
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 60ml espresso
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares.
  3. Place half the squares on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and espresso until just simmering.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate until melted and smooth to create the ganache.
  6. Allow ganache to cool and thicken slightly.
