Ingredients

  • 500 grams all-purpose flour
  • 300 grams unsalted butter (cold)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 150 milliliters cold water
  • 200 grams chocolate (dark or milk)
  • 100 grams hazelnut paste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough by mixing flour, butter, and salt until crumbly.
