  • 200 grams unsalted butter, softened
  • 150 grams granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 300 grams all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 grams cornstarch
  • 50 grams powdered sugar for dusting
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a round cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar together until light and creamy.
