Ingredients

  • 500g mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry (approx. 250g)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon water (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares, approximately 10cm x 10cm.
