Ingredients

  • 375g puff pastry
  • 200g golden mushrooms, sliced
  • 200g Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into triangles, about 10-12 cm wide.
  4. Sauté sliced golden mushrooms in a pan over medium heat with a tablespoon of olive oil until tender.
  5. Once mushrooms are cooked, season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat.
