Ingredients

  • 250 ml water
  • 100 g unsalted butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 150 g all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 40 g cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 100 ml heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine water, butter, and a pinch of salt; bring to a boil.
