  • 250g ricotta cheese
  • 4 sheets of phyllo dough
  • 50g butter (melted)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • Sesame seeds for topping

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Thoroughly wash and chop fresh spinach, then sauté with a bit of olive oil until wilted.
