Ingredients

  • 2 sheets of puff pastry (about 500g)
  • 200g guava jam
  • 100g cream cheese, softened
  • 50g powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Cut the pastry into rectangles, about 4x6 inches each.
