  • 60 g unsalted butter, softened
  • 30 g brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 60 ml espresso, cooled
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 50 g roasted hazelnuts, chopped
  • Pinch of salt

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
