Ingredients

  • 500g puff pastry
  • 200ml cream
  • 100g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 100g crushed hazelnuts
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • Whole hazelnuts for garnish
  • Espresso beans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to a rectangular shape.
