Ingredients

  • 200g oats
  • 100g mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)
  • 50g sesame seeds
  • 150g honey
  • 50g almond butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 200g of oats, 100g of mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, and walnuts), and 50g of sesame seeds.
  3. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt 150g of honey and 50g of almond butter until well combined.
  4. Pour the honey and almond butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, pressing it down firmly to create an even layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
