Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (approx. 250g)
  • 2 medium leeks, cleaned and sliced
  • 100g blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat and sauté sliced leeks until they become soft and translucent.
