  • 7g active dry yeast
  • 75g melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 5g salt
  • 450g all-purpose flour
  • 150g brown sugar
  • 10g ground cinnamon
  • 100g chopped pecans
  • 150g powdered sugar
  • 30ml maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Allow to proof for 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
  2. Add melted butter, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir until combined.
