Ingredients

  • 100g butter
  • 250ml water
  • 150g all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 100g maple syrup
  • 250ml milk
  • 30g cornstarch
  • 50g chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter and water over medium heat. Once boiling, add flour and stir until a smooth dough forms.
