Ingredients

  • 500g Puff pastry
  • 300g Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Miso paste (2 tablespoons)
  • 100g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 50g Fresh herbs (e.g. parsley, thyme)
  • Egg, for brushing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a pan, sauté chopped onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until browned, then stir in miso paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in grated parmesan cheese and chopped herbs.
