Ingredients

  • 250g all-purpose flour
  • 150g unsalted butter (cold)
  • 80g granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100ml yuzu juice
  • 100g granulated sugar (for custard)
  • 100g unsalted butter (for custard)
  • 3 whole eggs
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • Lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
