  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
