Ingredients

  • 500 g mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 large onions, finely sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon fresh herbs (thyme or parsley)
  • 500 g puff pastry dough
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
