  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 400ml whole milk
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 50g cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together flour, almond flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and vanilla extract.
