  • 300ml heavy cream
  • 100g mascarpone cheese
  • 80g sugar
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • Pinch of salt

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Roll out puff pastry to 3mm thickness on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into equal rectangles, approximately 10x5 cm.
