  • 200ml passionfruit pulp
  • 100g granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 large eggs
  • 50g unsalted butter, for custard
  • Citrus slices and mint leaves for garnish

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
