  • 300g fresh peaches, diced
  • 50ml bourbon
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 sheets of pie dough
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 30g sugar (for sprinkling)

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
