Ingredients

  • 100 g sugar
  • 7 g active dry yeast
  • 60 g melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 500 g all-purpose flour
  • 200 g bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 60 ml pomegranate molasses
  • Pomegranate seeds for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until frothy, about 5-10 minutes.
