Ingredients

  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 100g unsalted butter, cold
  • 50g granulated sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons cold water
  • 150g hazelnuts
  • 3 large eggs
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 50g unsalted butter (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Prepare the tart crust by mixing flour, sugar, and cold butter until crumbly. Add cold water and mix to form a dough.
  3. Press the dough into a tart pan, making sure to cover the edges. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
