Ingredients

  • 500g puff pastry
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • 300ml whipping cream
  • 150g salted caramel sauce
  • Pinch of sea salt (for garnish)

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into strips about 2.5 cm wide.
