Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 100g butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 150g all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 300ml heavy cream
  • 100g salted caramel
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting
  • Cookie crumbles, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup water, 100g butter, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and add 150g all-purpose flour. Stir until a dough forms.
  4. Allow the dough to cool slightly, then add 3 eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
