Ingredients

  • 500g sausage (your choice)
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry (about 250g)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Flour for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle.
  3. Cut the pastry into equal-sized rectangles, suitable for wrapping around each sausage.
