  • 150 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 sheets phyllo pastry
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for topping

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté chopped onions until translucent.
