  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 100ml milk
  • 400g fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 200ml heavy whipping cream
  • 30g powdered sugar

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
