  • 50 g granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 large eggs (separated)
  • 150 ml lemon juice
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 200 g granulated sugar (for meringue)
  • 50 g unsalted butter (for filling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
