Ingredients

  • 200g flour
  • 100g butter
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 150g toffee candies
  • 100ml cream
  • 100g chopped almonds
  • Whipped cream for garnish
  • Almond slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 200g of flour and 100g of butter until it resembles breadcrumbs.
  3. Add 50g of powdered sugar and 1 egg. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into small tartlet shells and place them in a greased tartlet pan.
  5. In another bowl, melt 150g of toffee candies with 100ml of cream until smooth.
  6. Stir in 100g of chopped almonds and pour the mixture into the tartlet shells.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
  9. Garnish with whipped cream and additional almond slices if desired.
