Ingredients

  • 250g all-purpose flour
  • 100g vegan butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 80-100ml cold water
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 50g sugar
  • 30g cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon chai spice blend (cinnamon, cardamom, ginger)
  • Plant-based milk for brushing

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and cold vegan butter. Cut until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
