  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 250ml water
  • 70g coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 100ml non-dairy milk
  • 400ml coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 150g powdered sugar
  • Additional matcha powder for glaze

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
