  • 200 milliliters water
  • 100 grams coconut oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 100 milliliters almond milk
  • 100 grams soaked pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 50 grams sweetener (agave syrup or sugar)
  • 200 grams powdered sugar (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
